We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Australia.
However, there are some remote locations that we are unable to deliver.
Aroma Joil is also unable to deliver overseas or to Australian islands off the mainland, except for Tasmania.
Aroma Joil is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Lockers.
Authority to Leave
At this point in time, Aroma Joil is unable to offer Authority to Leave option on our deliveries.
However, sometimes, the local carrier may decide to leave the order at the delivery address, if the driver assessed that it is safe to deliver the order unattended and without a signature.
We advise all customers to carefully choose an address where someone will be available during normal business hours to receive the goods.
If no one is there, or if the delivery address details provided by you are incorrect and thus affect delivery, you will be responsible for the cost if the parcel is returned to us and if you wish to have the shipment returned back to the correct address.
If you decide to cancel your order, the costs of the parcel return plus the original cost of shipping will be deducted from any applicable refund.
For your peace of mind, we have complimentary insurance for your order for damages while in transit.
For insurance purposes, please report shipment with any damage in transit within 2 business days of the receipt of the shipment.
Please provide picture of:
- The packaging (showing any damages),
- The parcel label (clearly showing the reference number), and
- The damaged item.
Important: These all need to be displayed all in the one photo for the claim to be processed.
Any delays in reporting this may result in the claim being rejected.
We will aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of the payment clearance.
However, on rare occasions and due to the popularity of a certain product, it may be sold out between the time that you add to your cart to the time of checkout, we will contact you via email to have the item on backorder or cancel the order.
Full refund for the cancelled order.
Multiple Deliveries Per Order
Normally, all the items within a single get despatched together from our store.
Items labelled as “Big Bulky & Heavy” may get despatched separately directly from the manufacturer/distributor.
Single Delivery For Multiple Orders
If you submitted multiple orders, we will try to group them together into one delivery if they have not been packed.
We will notify you via email.
We may offer free items up to the difference in costs of the freight.
We cannot guarantee that delivery will occur in the delivery time frame contained in these terms.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a delay in delivery.
